Major Dhyan Chand Jayanti Celebration

St. Mary’s English High School celebrated Major Dhyan Chand Jayanti on 29th August , 2025 with great enthusiasm to honor the legendary “Hockey Wizard of India.” The programme began with a brief speech on the life and achievements of Major Dhyan Chand, highlighting his contribution to Indian hockey and his Olympic victories. Students presented a short skit.

The Principal, Fr. Vernon D’Souza, addressed the gathering and encouraged students to adopt discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship in their daily lives.
